When you purchase a fully set engagement ring or wedding band, we will furnish a complimentary insurance value appraisal by our gemologist. We will gladly appraise any jewelry not purchased from Bianca Jewelers as well for a fee. Please speak to one of our sales associates to determine the appraisal cost.

We recommend updating your appraisals every three years. When you request a revised appraisal, our gemologist will reinspect your jewelry and provide a complimentary updated appraisal. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

A 30% initial deposit is required.

Payments must be made every week, unless otherwise approved by management.

Payment of a lay-a-way must be completed within six months.

All payments are non-refundable. Payments may be transferred to a store credit.

Management reserves the right to remove any lay-a-way item at its discretion without further notice.

All single stone round brilliant cut diamond stud earrings and all engagement rings (center round brilliant cut diamond only) are eligible for a full value trade-up at any time with original receipt. Round brilliant cut diamonds may be upgraded towards the purchase of a larger and/or better-quality diamond(s). No credit will be issued for mounting and labor. Damaged diamonds will not be accepted for trade-up.

All jewelry is guaranteed to appraise for equal or higher value. Customer retains the right to a full refund within 14 days, if the Insurance Appraisal Value is lower than the purchase price. Bianca Jewelry Inc. reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of any third-party appraisal if it feels that the document provided is inaccurate. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within seven business days.

When we say our customers are our number one priority, we don’t take that statement lightly. We have over 5,000 products in store and our buyers attend all the major trade shows to source the latest trending designs. However, we understand that sometimes to find the perfect piece, we need to reach beyond that. If we don’t have exactly what you are looking for, our very own personal shoppers will find it and bring in a selection of items on approval with no obligation to buy. Our strong and long-standing partnerships within the industry allows us to offer such a flexible service. Our store is filled with one of a kind, unique designs, dreamed up and created by our designer. If you don’t fall in love with one of our ready-made pieces, we can make virtually any design with our 3D CAD/CAM Technology for precision artistic modeling. Bianca Jewelers also offers old world hand wax design, a craft we don’t want to see become a lost art. Our ability to offer both design techniques allows us to make any design you can dream up.

If you aren’t looking to create a piece from scratch, our manufacturing background allows us the ability to customize or modify most of our existing designs according to your criteria.

We are a full service jeweler and as such, can repair, restore or repurpose virtually any piece of Jewelry. We will be happy to service any piece you have, old or more current, regardless of condition.
